1) New Donors who make a LIVE UNITED contribution of $120
or more annually
or
2) Past Donors who increase their LIVE UNITED contribution by 10% over their prior year giving.
LIVE UNITED Contributions are donations made to the United Way Community Impact Fund; any of the Community Fund Focus Areas: Supporting Youth Development, Maintaining Senior Independence, Strengthening Families, & Resolving Crises; or any United Way Initiative, including 2-1-1, Schools of Hope or Healthy Kids.
*Rules and regulations: $120 minimum donation to United Way of the Wine Country (UWWC) required for the opportunity to enter the drawing. Past donors must increase their annual contribution by 10% over the previous year’s contribution, for a minimum total of $120. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Hansel Auto Group and UWWC and not eligible. UWWC Board members are not eligible. Donors whose contributions are made through third-party processors are ineligible if the third-party processor does not provide donor details to UWWC. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be legal residents of the continental U.S., at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and able to present evidence of adequate insurance. Winner subject to verification of compliance with rules and will be required to execute liability release and affidavit of eligibility/publicity release. The vehicle will be given away at the UWWC Campaign Close Celebration (June 2010, exact date TBA). Qualified participants will receive an entry form by April 30, 2010. The vehicle shall be delivered at the location of Hansel Auto’s choosing and within delivery period as designated by UWWC and Hansel Auto. Winner is responsible for income and any other applicable taxes, license, title, registration and other expenses associated with receiving the prize. The fair market value of any prize or gift awarded may be considered taxable income to each participant and each participant is responsible for payment of any and all taxes attributable thereto. Your donation may not be tax deductible. Please check with you accountant or tax professional for more information. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions may be permitted by winner (although UWWC may substitute prizes at its discretion). Participants agree to release Hansel Auto Group and UWWC from any liability, including without limitation, property loss, injury or death resulting from participation drawing or use of any prizes.
